One identity. Every approved chain.
USDXX uses one canonical asset identity mapped to verified chain deployments—never a reused legacy contract. Launch begins on a single chain, then expands under liquidity and operational controls.

Live figures publish when the transparency feed connects to independently attested reserve data. Values shown are pilot placeholders.
THE USDXX STANDARD
USDXX is built around the whole operating system—reserves, redemption, compliance and controls—not only the smart contract.
USDXX uses one canonical asset identity mapped to verified chain deployments—never a reused legacy contract. Launch begins on a single chain, then expands under liquidity and operational controls.
Circulating supply, mint and burn activity, reserve coverage and attestation dates are designed to be visible in one place—so holders underwrite the reserve, not just the contract.
Separated admin, minter and pauser roles, multisig administration, policy screening and an emergency pause protect every privileged operation. Minting is never separated from verified funds.
AI supports fraud signals, reconciliation checks and treasury forecasting. It never moves reserves or changes supply on its own; authorized humans hold mint, freeze and redemption controls.

RESERVE & REDEMPTION
Trust is built through segregation, liquidity and proof—reserve assets are customer backing, not fundraising capital and not operating cash.
Operating liquidity for same-day redemption.
The principal reserve asset.
Permitted liquidity tools only.
0% of redemption reserves in Bitcoin or other volatile crypto assets. Final reserve policy depends on the licensed issuer, reserve bank, custodian and applicable law.
USDXX EARN · SEPARATE PROGRAMUSDXX EARN · OPT-IN ONLY
Holding USDXX keeps you 1:1 and redeemable, with no interest attached to the token. USDXX Earn is a separate, opt-in program with its own terms, risk disclosures and eligibility. Earn balances are not part of the USDXX redemption reserve.
CHAIN-NEUTRAL BY DESIGN
Authorized deployments share one economic identity and reconcile to one global supply ledger. USDXX launches on a single chain, then expands only where liquidity and controls justify it.
Legacy assets stay separate. IUSD+ is never renamed or silently mapped to USDXX. Any migration uses an explicit, auditable conversion flow after source-chain finality.

FAQ
No. USDXX is in a controlled pilot on testnet. There is no mainnet issuance, no live minting or redemption, and no customer funds are accepted. Every figure shown on this site is a placeholder or a management target pending partner and legal validation.
The design target is at least 1:1 backing with high-quality liquid reserves: cash and bank deposits, short-term U.S. Treasuries, and overnight Treasury repo or government money market funds. Reserves are held segregated as customer backing — they are not operating cash and not fundraising capital. No portion of the redemption reserve is held in Bitcoin or other volatile crypto.
At launch, direct mint and redemption run through a licensed issuer partner for approved (KYC/KYB) participants, with a target service level of same-day to next-day (T+0 / T+1). Ordinary wallet-to-wallet transfers happen on-chain and only cost network gas.
No. Holding USDXX pays no yield — it is a payment and settlement asset that stays 1:1 and redeemable. "USDXX Earn" is a separate, opt-in program with its own terms, eligibility and risk disclosures; Earn balances are not part of the USDXX redemption reserve.
USDXX does not try to match incumbent scale on day one. It aims for a defensible distribution wedge in selected exchange, payment and crypto-native corridors, with a monthly independent attestation target and public reserve reporting.
No. Your browser wallet is your access — USDXX never receives your seed phrase or private keys. Identity verification (KYC/KYB) applies only to participants who mint or redeem directly with the issuer.
One canonical asset identity, one launch chain first. Additional chains are added only where liquidity and operational controls justify them, and each deployment reconciles to a single global supply ledger.
The public chain is designed to show only what proves the system is sound — total supply, mint and burn, reserve coverage, attestations. Identities, amounts, balances and wallet relationships are not published. A 72-hour "Privacy Window" lets you share a verifiable receipt with a merchant or auditor; access then expires.
USDXX is a product of LYNXX, structured to work with a licensed issuer partner plus regulated reserve, banking, custody and attestation partners. Equity capital funds the operating company; customer reserve assets back the token.
No. USDXX targets a stable value of US$1.00 and is meant for payments and settlement, not appreciation. Company equity and token holdings are entirely separate. Nothing on this site is an offer, a solicitation, or investment, legal or tax advice.
