TOPIC 01
About USDXX
The project, the company and the design.
What is USDXX?
USDXX is a proposed reserve-backed digital dollar by LYNXX, designed for payments and settlement. It is currently in a controlled testnet pilot and is not live for value.
Is USDXX the same as LYNXX?
No. LYNXX is the company and technology platform. USDXX is its proposed digital dollar. The full name is “USDXX by LYNXX.”
Who operates USDXX?
USDXX is the proposed stablecoin from LYNXX. Under the proposed model, issuance would run through a licensed issuer partner, alongside regulated reserve, banking, custody and attestation partners. These partners have not yet been appointed.
What is intended to back USDXX?
The proposed reserve consists of cash, short-term U.S. Treasuries and permitted cash-equivalent instruments, held separately from company operating funds. Final arrangements depend on licensed and regulated partners.
What is the target value of one USDXX?
The design target is 1 USDXX = 1 USD. This is a product design target, not a live market quote or a guarantee.
TOPIC 02
Availability
Pilot status, chains, minting and redemption.
Is USDXX live?
No. USDXX is in a controlled pilot on testnet. There is no mainnet issuance, live minting or redemption, or acceptance of customer funds. Public launch depends on partner readiness, legal clearance, security testing and successful redemption testing.
Which blockchains will USDXX support?
The plan is to start with one launch chain. Additional chains would be added only where liquidity and operational controls justify them.
Who can mint or redeem USDXX?
Under the proposed model, minting and redemption would be available to approved participants who complete identity and applicable screening checks. Availability, limits, timing and fees depend on final issuer terms and jurisdiction.
TOPIC 03
Getting started
How the proposed product is designed to work.
Do I need an account or password?
The current USDXX design uses a browser wallet for access. USDXX does not need your seed phrase or private keys.
What is the Trust Envelope?
The Trust Envelope is a proposed proof layer: a payment can carry encrypted proof of eligibility, purpose and agreed conditions, and can settle only when those conditions are met. These features are in design and subject to legal review before launch.
TOPIC 04
Security
Keeping your wallet and information safe.
How can I keep my wallet safe?
Never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone, including someone claiming to be USDXX or LYNXX support. USDXX support will not need them.
Is my transaction data public?
Public blockchains can expose transaction details. USDXX is designed to limit public proof to system information such as total supply, mint and burn activity, reserve coverage and attestations. Identity, amount, balance and wallet-relationship privacy features are still part of the proposed design and are not a guarantee of anonymity.
TOPIC 05
Fees and limits
What is and is not established yet.
Are there fees to transfer USDXX?
On-chain wallet-to-wallet transfers require the network’s gas fee. Fees for direct minting or redemption have not been finalized and depend on the issuer’s terms.
Does holding USDXX pay interest?
No. Holding USDXX on its own pays no interest. USDXX Earn is a separate proposed program with its own terms, eligibility and risk disclosures; it is not live.
